• 12x12 stall with auto waterer

• daily turnout into private paddock with heated auto waterer

• daily blanketing

• hay feeding 4x daily

• hard feed 2x daily (supplied by owner)

• large individual paddock with shelter and heated auto waterer

• SAFE pipe/electric fencing

• hay feeding 4x daily
